Auckland 10th April – 13th April 2026

Auckland Travel Guide | AFAR

The New Zealand section of the IFFR invite you to join us in Auckland between the 10th and 13th April, 2026. We have arranged accommodation located near train services and central to our visit locations.

Auckland

Auckland in early April offers Flying Rotarians ideal conditions for a visit, as the city transitions into autumn with some of the year’s most pleasant weather. Temperatures typically range from 14–21°C (57–70°F), with warm, stable days and crisp evenings—perfect flying weather with generally good visibility and lighter winds than the summer months.

For aviation-minded Rotarians, early April aligns well with the southern hemisphere aviation calendar. Auckland Airport maintains full international connectivity, while Ardmore and North Shore airfields enjoy excellent operating conditions.
